RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

7-Day Return Policy
Line III Supply Co. accepts returns within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Opened, used, clearance, special-order, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund is approved.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is materially different from what was purchased or was damaged before delivery or pickup, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution. The standard restocking fee does not apply when we confirm that an item was incorrect or damaged before the customer received it.Product Condition
Products may include new, overstock, closeout, open-box, shelf-pull, discontinued, liquidation or customer-return merchandise when clearly identified. Known material condition issues will be disclosed to the best of our ability before purchase.
